It's a neurological thing where your brain parses words wrong and swaps letters around however the hell it wants, making reading real difficult. Most people think you're stupid instead of just needing like, accommodations to make reading easier.

Oh most places are still super shitty about it and it's usually used as an insult but there's like, books with variable fonts and colors and stuff to help you adjust your eyes and have to take more time processing what's written.
