The common area of the Alley is filled with odds and ends that the residents have brought. Thanks to the purchase a Room Remodel, it's looking much nicer than it used to. This includes:

A high quality couch that is durable enough to support a tiger. It's covered in tiger fur. It'd be extremely comfortable to sit on, but it's regularly occupied by a tiger, surprise.

A cat tree that is large enough and sturdy enough to support a tiger. It leads up to a hanging bridge above, because giving a tiger a chance to be ABOVE visitors is not a terrifying prospect.

A kitchenette area that includes a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, a sink, a magic vending machine, and a couple cabinets. The fridge is routinely stocked with canned coffees, fruit juice (look out for the bitter flavors), chocolate drinks, teas, bottles of water, and basically whatever random soda/drinks Harumasa or Jun found that looked interesting (take warning). The cupboards will contain various snacks the residents of fuckass alley (with Harumasa's snacks separated and labeled, almost like a warning), as well as plenty of instant ramen that restocks itself. Visitors are allowed to help themselves to the snacks and drinks so long as they're reasonable about it.

A table and some chairs that are fairly comfortable. The table is used for meals, games, and any other reasons they'd have to use a table.

A comfortable armchair (sans tiger hair) and some floor pillows that are in front of a midnight hour tv, including some that look like rocks and one that is fish shaped. There's a blu-ray player and a docket for a nintendo switch to be hooked up, but the switch itself is kept in Jun's room when they aren't using it.

Bookshelves that are full of books that cater to the tastes of the fuckass alley residents including non-fiction books, fantasy novels, and light novels.

A random collection of machine parts and scrap metal left there by Varian. It has been requested he at least keeps it to the side so no one trips on it.

A few potted plants that didn't fit in Jun's room, such as potted ferns that don't require much light, and an accompanying sunlamp

A false window that's been enchanted to create artificial sunlight during the day. What is depicted in the window changes regularly.

Whiteboards that hang on various walls, each one labeled to belong to the residents of the Alley. Harumasa's whiteboard contains a schedule that only make sense to him, Anastasia's has a list of books that she's read and book she's planning to read, Jun has a to-do list and artistic sketches that change every so often, and Varian's is covered in equations and other engineering notes.

A rug in a shadowy corner that is considered the "Teleportation rug". Anyone with teleportation powers are asked to teleport onto that rug to avoid drama. Unfortunately, sometimes a tiger will be on the rug.

Underneath the rug and the floorboard is a safe. The combo to the safe is only known to Fuckass alley residents. Inside the safe is a collection of weapons, magical items, and other potentially dangerous/valuable items that the family shares among each other.
